Real estate firm owner honored | The Business Times

Toni Heiden-Moran, owner of Heiden Homes Realty and Associates in Grand Junction, has earned statewide recognition for her support of lobbying efforts on behalf of the real estate industry.

Meighan Marquis, an agent at Heiden Homes, was inducted into the Grand Junction Area Realtor Association.

And Ron Baimbridge was honored as the top-performing agent at Heiden Homes for October.

Heiden-Moran received an award at the Colorado Association of Realtors convention in Denver recognizing $10,000 in contributions to the Realtor Political Action Committee. The committee works to make sure Realtors have a voice in legislation affecting property issues and private property rights.

Heiden-Moran has worked for 34 years in the real estate industry, nine of that as owner of her own firm.

Marquis was inducted into the GJARA during its recently quarterly meeting. Marquis joined Heiden Homes in 2011 after working in the real estate industry in California.

Baimbridge posted the most sales and new listings for October.

Baimbridge has worked in the real estate industry on and off since 1972.
